Planning a Pregnancy

If you are planning to be pregnant this year it's a good time to really think about looking after yourself and to get some professional advice on how to avoid problems during your pregnancy, as over 50% of pregnant women will suffer from back or pelvic girdle problems.

During your pre-natal assessment we will assess your posture, abdominal muscles, spine and pelvis, with the option to also assess your pelvic floor muscle strength.  We can then offer treatment, advice and a structured exercise programme to improve your posture, alignment and core muscle strength so you can enjoy a healthy active pregnancy.
